Production Manager : 生产经理 （编号　CFN 001）
Reporting Directly to the General manager, you will ensure the operation and development of our feed processing site in respect of quality, cost, delay and safety and reglementation.
Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years experiences in leading a manufacture department – food/feed industry welcomed. Competence in management and experience of production，Engeneer degree or equivalent. Computer skills and Fluent English speaking and written.Leadership and team working spirit Rigour, analytical and influencing skills

SALES MANAGER 销售经理: （编号　CFN 002）　
Reporting directly to the General manager, you will ensure the development of our sales in permanent respect of customer’s satisfaction, margin, target quantity and market area. Supervising sales team and by optimising resources, you increase our market share.
Requirement:
Minimum of 6 years experiences in leading a sales department feed/additives Agri-business strongly recommended. Competence in and experience of sales and sales team management , Master degree or equivalent. Fluent English speaking and written. Computer skills, Leadership and team working spirit.

TECHNICAL MANAGER 产品经理 （编号　CFN 003）
You will ensure the development of our products through our sales in permanent respect of customer’s satisfaction, margin, target quantity and market area. Supervising all products range and by optimising resources, you increase our market share.
Requirement:
Minimum of 6 years of sales / technical and marketing experiences in feed/additives Agri-business.A strong technical aptitude
Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and project management skills. Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills and effective group presentation skills. A four-year college degree in Animal Nutrition or related. Fluent English speaking and written. Computer skills. Leadership and team working spirit

工作地点：山东或周边
熟悉养殖业，能吃苦，有强烈的进取心和挑战欲望。
2年以上农产品或饲料销售经验。有动物营养或兽医学学历者优先。
