会议目的
环顾全球对抗生素耐药性的持续关注,有必要再举办一次科学论坛来评估2012年举办的第一届抗生素替代物技术研讨会(http://www.ars.usda.gov/alternativestoantibiotics/Symposium2012/index.html)以后的科技进展情况。第二届抗生素替代物学术研讨会的目的是突出在动物生产上可以替代抗生素的有前途的研究成果和新的技术,并评估这些成果和技术在商业化生产和使用应用过程中的存在的挑战,为支持这些成果和新技术的转化和应用提供切实可行的方案。此次学术研讨会涵盖可以减少抗生素在动物生产上使用的五个领域:1)疫苗; 2) 微生物产品; 3) 植物来源产品; 4) 免疫源产品; 5) 化学产品。
存在问题
考虑到抗生素的耐药性,全球范围内从法律上和政策上来限制抗生素的使用。但是目前的状况是,我们需要增加农副产品的产量来满足人口增长的需要。农副产品的增长完全要依靠防御和减少动物和植物的疾病。全球农业类企业在预防和控制动植物疾病方面的成功会直接影响着食品安全、保障未来粮食供给计划以及人类健康。
召开此次学术研讨会并不是来声讨并限制抗生素在农业生产中的应用,因为在农业生产中用抗生素来治疗疾病是至关重要的。此次学说研讨会也不是提倡使用新的起作用的单一抗生素的策略,因为病原菌很快会适应新的单一抗生素,并对其产生耐药性。此次学术研讨会在于预防和合理处理疾病以及提高生产性能,在做到这些的同时还要做到不增加微生物的耐药性。
全球范围内病原菌耐药性的增加来源于抗生素在农业上和人类医药领域的过度使用。与农业相关的公共安全的一个方面是食用动物生产设施中和食物来源微生物中耐药菌株的进化,这些耐药菌株会使抗生素的作用大大打折扣。一些国家已经出台政策严格限制抗生素在农业领域中的使用,另外一些国家也在积极备战准备出台相应的政策。农业领域中的持续使用抗生素会进一步增加微生物的耐药性。限制抗生素使用不仅会对养殖高度集中的发达国家造成影响,也会使发展中国家的农业生产遭受不同程度的影响。越来越多的科学研究证明抗生素会破坏肠道菌群平衡,对免疫系统、疾病抵抗和机体健康会产生一些列的负作用。进入21世纪以来,为了满足人口增长对营养物质的需求,食物的需求量也随之增加。使用抗生素替代物来预防和控制动植物疾病的方法是一个全球性问题,也是一个全球范围内减少贫穷和饥饿的努力方向。
目标:
本次学术研讨会关注最新的科研突破和科学技术,这些科研突破和科学技术在保证预防和控制疾病的前提下为减少抗生使用提供可行性方案,并提供一些抗生素替代物的使用方案。一些新的技术也会提供健康一体化方案,这些方案可以像药物干预治疗人体健康那样可以直接使用。本次技术研讨会专注于农业生产、动物健康以及食品安全。本次会议将从下面6个大的方面开展相关的学术专题报告和专家讨论:
- 减少治疗用药方面的疫苗
- 微生物产品, 例如益生菌和噬菌体基因产品
- 非营养性植物来源化学产品,包括益生元
- 免疫相关产品, 例如抗体、微生物肽和细胞生长因子
- 化学类物质,包括酶
- 调节通路,确保抗生素替代物的可行性
偏好话题: 要讲述的主要的问题是用新型生物可控方法减少农业生产中的病原菌,从而减少药物的使用和减少耐药性增加。
其他偏好的话题;开发体外和体内抑制微生物生长的新方法,来评鉴实际生产中的干预方法是否适用于食用动物的生产,从而发现和开发与动物福利相关的可信度极高的生物标记物。我们也接受肠道健康方面的话题,例如, 微生物菌群以及潜在的可以在临床上应用的微生物菌群与免疫系统之间相互作用。这次学术研讨会强调新兴领域并对用微生物治疗和用提高免疫能力治疗方面感兴趣。

The abstract should include the title of the presentation; the name of the author(s) and his/her (their) address(es), and the text of the abstract. The text of the abstract should be no more than 300 words in length. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to shorten abstracts where the word count is exceeded.

Abstracts should be written in English (UK), and should be submitted as a Microsoft Word file (6.0/95, 97, 2000, 2003 or XP) or Rich Text File (RTF). Use single spacing, font size 10, Arial. Use upper case/bold for title. The name(s) of the author(s) should be written as follows: the initial(s) of the first name(s) and the surname(s). Do not indicate academic titles/degrees of authors. If there is more than one author, please underline the name of the presenting author and provide his/her email address. Provide a full address, including country, for each author. Where there are several authors and they are from several establishments, please link authors/addresses using superscript numbers.
