安万特动物营养业务被收购后，安迪苏将作为饲料添加剂领域的佼佼者

继CVC Capital Partners Ltd.，一家主要的欧洲私人股份投资有限公司收购了安万特在 动物饲料领域的业务后，安迪苏(Adisseo)公司作为饲料添加剂领域的佼佼者便在昨天正式成为一家独立公司。

安迪苏公司是全球维生素和蛋氨酸领域的主要开发商、生产商和经销商之一。自创建以来，公司便始终致力发展其核心---动物营养业务，并不断开发和完善其产品系列。

在新股东的支持下，安迪苏公司已雄心勃勃地制定出总额超过2.3亿欧元的投资方案。

Adisseo is launched as a major player in feed additives, following the divestment of Aventis’ animal nutrition activity

Adisseo, a major player in the animal nutrition industry, was officially created yesterday as an independent company, following the acquisition of Aventis’ animal nutrition activity by CVC Capital Partners Ltd., a leading European private equity investment company.

Adisseo Group is one of the world’s leading developers, manufacturers and distributors of vitamins and methionine. Since its origins, the company has remained faithful to its core animal nutrition business and has constantly developed and perfected its product range.

Adisseo, with its new shareholder’s backing, has already outlined an ambitious investment programme of over Euro230M.
